About
Desbassayns is AI land intelligence. Software reads remote parcels at scale. What survives the reading is written up by hand.
What we look for
Remote. Private. Secure. Off-grid. Watered. Titled.
Rotor access. Title a foreigner can hold. No neighbours in the view.
What you get
One site a week, to fifty seats, for USD 1,000 a year. A code name, the argument, and what we could not verify. The same letter to every seat.
What we are not
We do not own, list, or sell land. The letter is research, not an offer. No one pays us to feature a site.
On the ground
The reading is remote. If you want us standing on a site, hire us: expenses at cost, 2.5% if you buy.
